We see ourselves as a service provider. We are only satisfied, if you are. That is why we try to repair all units, on the rare occasions that they fail, at our head office in Viersen.

B e f o r e   you return your defective unit to us, please use this form to apply for an RMA number. The RMA number will be sent to you by email. Please indicate this number on the return shipment.
